Bunny Smedley

You have just done that apparently impossible thing, and managed to make me miss being an undergraduate. (Whatever else one might say about Amherst College, the local cider producers were men and women of rare skill and discernment ...)

Franklin County, just to the north of Amherst and the Pioneer Valley, is the center of Massachusetts cider activity. And Vermont, of course, has even more. Cider Day is nearly upon us, and I'm hoping to make it out there - they certainly do it right. Of course, I'm sure you can find more than one or two good producers in England!

My mouth is watering.
